I was impressed by the level of knowledge and confidence that each person had when I contacted them.

Price Per Head Solutions actually has an in house quality assurance department that monitors all phone calls to make sure both agents and players alike receive a superior level of service. To be apart of the Price Per Head Solutions management team you must have a minimum of 7 yrs gaming experience & at least 3 years of management experience, and it shows!

Price Per Head Solutions uses DGS software which is very user friendly and gives the agent a lot of wagering options as well as player profiling.

As far as Pay Per Head fees go, Price Per Head Solutions offers a fair price at $25 for the phone service. However, their internet price is very high at $25. The Casino rate is also very high at 20% & the Racebook is free!

As far as service and customer support goes, these guys are top notch and run a tight ship! As for the fees, they are in a league of their own by charging $25 for internet players and 20% for Casino….a bit out of whack compared to the industry average.
